OSOME: Junior Sales Associate (Remote)

OSOME was founded in 2017 by Victor Lysenko and is headquartered in Singapore, also has a presence in the United Kingdom, as well as Hong Kong. Victor is a serial entrepreneur who's also the founder of such companies as Groupon Russia & RocketBank.  


Right now the company is growing rapidly, so they're looking for more people to join their sales team. What will you do? 


  • Researching businesses - finding target clients and their contact information (LinkedIn profiles, phone numbers, addresses, etc.) 

  • Researching markets for OSOME to target - larger businesses to contact with for various purposes. 

  • Creating an accurate up-to-date research prospect list.

  • Support sales team - assist the Head of Sales with his projects and tasks.



Requirements: 


  • Excellent written English skills - you'll communicate with native English speakers, so we expect you to have a minimum of an Advanced level and for sure we don't want to see any mistakes.

  • Very strong communication skills - you can find an approach to even the most difficult person.

  • Self-reliance - you only need a KPI and you can create your own tasks. You will be trained but you should also be able to find your own way to complete any task. 

  • Creativity - the company expects you to generate new ideas and propose ways of improving the business. 

  • Attention to detail - you would have to analyze the market and conduct research. 

  • Be a proactive team player who's not afraid to speak up your own opinion - seriously, the company is looking for a person with many ideas, not just an executor.

  • Ability to adjust to the UK's working hours - that means you will have to work from 11 AM to 7 PM (Moscow time).
